At our home kennels we have outside dog runs with Priefert Kennels and Dog Den 2 dog houses. The runs are surrounded by a fenced-in dog yard to let the dogs exercise and air on their own when they are not training or hunting. We are located on 5 acres with access to an adjacent 60 private acres with several ponds. We also back up to the Carlos Avery Wildlife Management Area which consists of 22,000 acres of prime bird hunting habitat.
Our preserve is located in northern Minnesota outside of Moose Lake. It is 160 acres specifically managed for wildlife, with great water for training. The preserve has wild woodcock, grouse, ducks and sharptails as well as stocked pheasants and chukar for training. The preserve also borders a large tract of public land.
